Las Vegas has gone from a place few escape-room fans traveled for to a city with nationally recognized games. These currently operating Las Vegas escape rooms have received verified recognition from established escape-room publications and enthusiast awards.
How the Las Vegas escape-room market has changed
Room Escape Artist’s Las Vegas recommendation guide, published March 2, 2022 and last updated January 13, 2025, says Las Vegas was not historically known for escape rooms, but that this was changing as the city became a more relevant stop for players alongside its other attractions. That is the publisher’s assessment, not an undisputed consensus.
The recognition since then bears that out. Games in this market have been honored by Room Escape Artist, ESCAPETHEROOMers and Escape Authority, and the 89 current games ERLV lists now span themed horror attractions, large-scale licensed experiences, family-friendly adventures, live-actor rooms and puzzle-focused classics.
